AVIVA Health provides immunizations, women’s health and  family planning services, as well as  screening and treatment for STDs. Services are provided regardless of ability to pay. UCHC operates four clinics in Roseburg, Sutherlin, Glide, and Myrtle Creek as well as the school based clinic at Roseburg High School.
