August 24, 2016, 5 p.m. – Douglas Public Health Network hosted an hour long community meeting to discuss some of the top public health concerns in Douglas County. The three items of interest to be discussed at the meeting will be the Zika Virus, Lead, and Blue-Green Algae. Each segment will be a brief 15 minutes, leaving 15-minute question and answer time once all the topics have been covered.
