Are you pregnant or hoping to get pregnant and want to improve the health of your baby and your pregnancy? Sign up for our new Smoke Free Pregnancy Program today.
Better You, Better Baby!
Using tobacco products is addictive and harmful to your health. Smoking during pregnancy can cause problems for your baby like premature birth, low birth weight and birth defects. It also increases your baby’s risk for sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). The Smoke Free Pregnancy Program provides you with the tools to overcome tobacco addiction.
We know quitting is hard. That is why we want to give you the best tools available to improve the health of you and your baby.
What does the program include?
The program begins in January, meeting weekly from 5:30-6:30 pm for 10 weeks. There is no charge for the program.
